The Illawarra Local Aboriginal Land Council has the following positions available within its Caring for Country, Natural Resources Management Unit:
Leading hand Ranger (Identified) –full time, 35hr p/w, 3 year contract
Ranger (Identified) x 2 –full time, 35hrs p/w, 3 year contract
Note:Aboriginality is a genuine occupational qualification and is authorised by S14 of the Anti-Discrimination Act (NSW).
These positions are project based and located within the Southern Highlands.
There will be a requirement to undertake other work activities within the Illawarra on a need's basis.
