Join the team at McEvoy Transport as a full-time Truck/Trailer Washer & Detailer in our Dry Creek, SA location for an immediate start.
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for maintaining the pristine appearance of our fleet of trailers and other vehicles, ensuring they are cleaned and detailed to the highest standards.
Duties include but not limited to:
Thoroughly washing and detailing trailers and other vehicles using specialised equipment and cleaning solutions
Hooking and un-hooking of trailers
Identifying and addressing any minor repairs or maintenance issues
Collaborating with the broader maintenance team to ensure our vehicles are ready for operation
Maintaining wash bay and equipment cleanliness and hygiene
Adhering to all safety protocols and quality control standards
To be successful in the role you will possess the following attributes:
Previous experience in a similar truck/trailer washing and detailing role,
ideally within the automotive or transport industry
Hold a current forklift or HC licence
Strong attention to detail taking pride in your work
Self motivated and to work efficiently
Transparent communicator and must be punctual
Valuable physical fitness and stamina to handle the physical demands of the role
