Candidate Requirements:
Self Motivated:Proven ability to work independently and manage your own workflow.
Licence:Must hold a a current full manual drivers licence (mandatory for road testing)
Experience:Solid background in passenger/or 4WD wheel alignment and tyre fitting.
Pace:Ability to maintain speed and accuracy in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:




Perform Alignments:Execute precise wheel alignments on wide-ranging vehicle makes and models.
Fit & Balance Tyres:Mount, balance and fit current tyres quickly and accurately.
Inspect Suspension: Evaluate steering and suspension systems for worn components.
Diagnose Faults:Assess uneven tyre wear, steering pull, and handling vibrations.
Repair Punctures:Inspect tyre damage and perform compliant puncture repairs.
Calibrate Equipment:Operate and maintain 3D laser alignment machinery and balancers.
Adjust Geometry:Correct camber, caster, and toe settings strictly to manufacture OEM specifications.
Conduct Test Drives:Road test vehicles before and after service to verify correct adjustments made.
Maintain Safety:Keep a clean organised bay and follow strict workshop safety protocols at all times.
