Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership & Growth : Drive national growth for the Sustainability division, manage P&L; responsibilities, and identify & secure new and existing business opportunities.
- Client Engagement & Solutions : Partner with key clients to deliver critical ESG Due Diligence reporting, comprehensive Energy and Water Audits, and cutting‑edge Net Zero Carbon Reporting for diverse assets and portfolios.
- Expert Advisory : Provide high‑level technical advice and innovative strategies, enabling clients to meet and exceed their sustainability goals.
- Team & Project Management : Balance strategic direction, active business development, and hands‑on project delivery while fostering a high‑performing team environment.
- Market Influence : Position CBRE as the leading sustainability authority in the commercial real estate sector, expanding our footprint and thought leadership.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.




- Demonstrated senior leadership experience within the ESG building sector, with a proven track record in successful business development and client acquisition.
- Extensive expertise in assessing building performance from a sustainability perspective.
