We're Wild & Sour, an award-winning mobile/food truck sourdough pizza business . We're a family run business specialising in on-site catering for all sorts of private functions, local pop-ups, markets and community events.

We're based in Wilton, but since we're mobile we travel for jobs across the Wollondilly, Macarthur, Southern Highlands, South Coast & Greater Sydney. Willingness to travel, owning a car and license, and exceptional driving skills are a must.

This isn't your typical hospitality job. Every event is unique, and every team member plays an significant role in delivering the exceptional quality we're known for. We're looking for a local team player who is reliable, passionate, hard-working and ready to grow with us. Pizza, catering and/or hospitality experience is a huge bonus.

Full training will be provided!

What you'll be doing;

- Topping and baking pizzas. Keeping a close eye on delivering exceptional product consistency and quality.
- Back-end prep/food preparation, dough handling etc.
- Front counter work, giving genuinely exceptional service.
- Setting up/packing down events, event preparations, cleaning and maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic work environment.

- Be happy to travel, have your license, your own car and are an exceptional, alert driver.
- Be local/reside close to the Wollondilly/Macarthur area.




- Be available evenings and weekends mandatory. Availability Tuesdays and Thursdays for weekday prep is a bonus.
- Be physically fit, with ability to do moderate lifting/physical work, be on your feet, and outdoors in all seasons.
- Be flexible with a travelling, booking-based business. There could be early starts and occasional late finishes. Start and finish times for events are always different, and can run shorter and longer than planned.
- Be happy with seasonal fluctuations in work, and an ever-changing roster.
- Be fluent in English with high communication skills.
