We're looking for someone who doesn't just manage social media. We're looking for someone who lives it. Someone who understands why one Reel gets 500 views and another gets 500,000. Someone who follows the best creators, knows what's trending before it trends, and gets excited by testing new ideas. Someone who can spot an emerging wellness conversation, identify the right podcast partnership, brief creators, create content themselves, and build communities that genuinely engage.

If you're obsessed with content, creators, wellness and growth, we'd love to meet you. You'll own the social media, creator, influencer and partnership ecosystem across Melrose Health and FutureLab, helping shape how Australians discover, engage with and trust our brands.

Key Areas You'll Look After

Content Creation & Storytelling

- Creating, capturing and publishing engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
- Turning scientific and health information into compelling, educational and shareable content.
- Identifying content opportunities, trends and cultural moments that align with our brands.

Creator & Influencer Partnerships

- Building relationships with creators, influencers, practitioners, athletes, podcast hosts and industry experts.




- Developing partnership strategies that drive authentic engagement and commercial outcomes.
- Managing influencer campaigns from briefing through to performance analysis.

Growth & Social Performance

- Working alongside media agencies to amplify winning content through paid social.
- Understanding what drives engagement, reach, traffic and conversion.
- Analysing content performance and using insights to continuously improve results.

Community Building

- Creating meaningful conversations with our audience.
- Growing and nurturing highly engaged communities across multiple platforms.
- Ensuring our brands show up authentically and consistently.

Podcast & Brand Partnerships

- Identifying and managing strategic podcast, media and brand partnership opportunities.
- Working with wellness experts, practitioners, athletes and thought leaders.
- Helping position Melrose and FutureLab at the forefront of the health, wellness and longevity conversation.

Skills & Experience

- 3+ years experience in social media, content, influencer marketing or partnerships
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and creator ecosystems
- Experience creating short‑form video content
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
- Confidence using content creation and editing tools
- Experience managing creators, influencers or partnerships
- A passion for health, wellness, nutrition, fitness or longevity
- Bonus points if you've worked with wellness brands, health products, podcasts, practitioners, athletes or creators
