We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 General Radiographer specialising in Radiography to join our team in Aintree, Liverpool. This locum position offers a competitive hourly pay of £26.00 and is available on a Full Time or Part Time basis with ongoing engagement. You will provide invaluable diagnostic imagery services across various settings including General X-ray and the Emergency Department.

What you will do
- Perform a broad range of diagnostic radiographic examinations in accordance with IR(ME)R regulations, departmental protocols, and professional standards.
- Deliver imaging services across General X-ray, Emergency Department, Theatre, Mobile, and Fluoroscopy environments, ensuring timely and accurate patient care.
- Assess imaging requests, justify examinations where appropriate, and maintain radiation protection standards for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Participate in departmental rota arrangements, including out-of-hours, weekend, bank holiday, and on-call services.

Person Specification
Qualifications
- BSc (Hons) Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent recognised qualification.
- Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD).
- Postgraduate study in a specialist modality (desirable).
Registration & Compliance
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Knowledge of IR(ME)R 2017, Ionising Radiation Regulations, NHS Clinical Governance requirements, and Health & Safety legislation.
