We're currently recruiting Occupational Therapists at all levels — from new graduates through to intermediate, experienced and senior clinicians — as well as a Clinical Lead / Team Leader position for someone ready to step into a leadership role.
ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll provide therapy to children and young people across a range of diagnoses and developmental differences. You’ll help these young humans develop the skills they need to live, learn, and play with confidence. But you won’t do this alone. You’ll work with their families, caregivers, other experts, and our broader team, to create a powerful support network which helps them unlock a future filled with possibility.
AS AN OT, YOU'LL:
- Provide high-quality, play-based therapy in our clinic - with the opportunity to also support within the home, school, and community environments
- Build strong relationships with families, schools, and health professionals to support meaningful outcomes
- Contribute to collaborative projects and community-led initiatives
- Take part in clinical supervision, mentoring, and career development
- Work flexibly, with the support and structure you need to thrive
CLINICAL LEAD YOU'LL:
- Provide high-quality therapy for young people in clinic and the community.
- Deliver comprehensive assessments and meet-and-greets
- Supported by our Clinical Directors,
lead and mentor our therapists through formal supervision, professional development and day-to-day clinical guidance
- Build a thriving, values-led clinic culture where wellbeing is part of how we work
- Engage with the Riverland community, forming partnerships with ELCs, kindergartens, schools, referrers and local organisations
- Provide professional development and education to local services
- Bring to life innovative projects based on community need
- Be a part of the Clinical leadership team supporting the rollout of new processes and procedures to strengthen service delivery and business performance
- Work closely with your dedicated Office Manager to oversee and manage site operations
YOU’RE A MATCH IF YOU:
- Are a qualified Occupational Therapist (or soon to be)
- Are passionate about working with children and young people
- Love autonomy, but don’t want to feel alone
- Believe in holistic, strengths-based therapy
ESSENTIAL COMPLIANCE
- AHPRA registration (or soon to be)
- Working with Children Check (WWCC), or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
