About the Role
As a Palliative Care RN, you will provide high quality clinical care focused on comfort, dignity, and improving quality of life for patients with life-limiting illnesses.
Key responsibilities include:

- Providing compassionate nursing care to patients receiving palliative care
- Supporting symptom management including pain and comfort care
- Administering medications and providing clinical assessments
- Monitoring changes in patient condition and escalating concerns appropriately
- Supporting patients and families through sensitive conversations and care decisions
- Developing and implementing individualised care plans
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Working collaboratively with doctors, allied health professionals, and multidisciplinary teams
- Promoting a safe, respectful, and supportive care workplace

Essential Criteria

- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 1 year recent nursing experience
- Current Flu and COVID vaccinations
- National Police Check
- Full Australian working rights
