Speech Pathologist – Expression of Interest

We are looking for passionate therapists, whether newly graduated or experienced, to join our Speech Pathology team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients with cerebral palsy and similar disabilities.

Responsibilities

As a Speech Pathologist, you will:

- Provide therapy to clients ranging from infants in early intervention to adults, all with cerebral palsy or similar disabilities
- Deliver one‑on‑one or group sessions that are evidence‑based and tailored to each client’s goals
- Collaborate closely with occupational therapists, physiotherapists and exercise physiologists to offer coordinated care
- Develop clearer speech and stronger communication skills, language development and literacy outcomes
- Assist with feeding, drinking and swallowing, including advice on saliva control and nutrition
- Work with a variety of communication aids and equipment, including high‑tech Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices

Qualifications

- Relevant qualifications in Speech Pathology
- Current registration with the Speech Pathology Association (SPA)
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle (where required)
