We are looking for passionate Skin Specialists to join our team at MECCA Eastgardens in NSW on a casual basis. As a Skin Specialist, you’ll inspire confidence through personalised skin consultations, expert product recommendations and a genuine passion for skincare. You’ll help customers discover solutions tailored to their unique skin goals, build lasting relationships through trusted advice, and create exceptional experiences that bring the MECCA magic to life every day.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Be the go-to expert in store for all things skincare; help customers find the best products for their needs and ensure everyone leaves feeling MECCA-mazing.
- Conduct skin services for customers, including skin consultations and relaxing facials.
- Work alongside your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the store.
Success Criteria
- Proven experience and knowledge of skincare products and how specific ingredients work for different skin needs.
- Ability to deliver unforgettable moments for our customers that allow them to feel amazing in their own skin.
- Inclusive, team-spirited attitude with a can‑do mindset.
Qualifications & Skills
- Beauty therapy qualification is desirable but not required.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Enthusiastic about continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
