The Position
- Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on site infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Lead and mentor team members (Leading Hand role)
- Coordinate with other trades for seamless operations
The Person
- Current Unrestricted Electrical License
- Strong knowledge of compliance and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and lead small teams
- Experience in industrial or mining environments
