Job Description

Epsilon Retail Media | Brisbane, Australia — Hybrid Senior Individual Contributor | No Direct Reports | Reports to the Vice President of Product

About the Role We are looking for a senior product GTM and enablement leader who can turn complex retail media platform capabilities into clear stories, useful content, successful rollouts, and measurable adoption. This role sits within Product and partners closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Support, Integration, and client-facing teams to prepare the business and customers for new releases, experiments, platform updates, and product launches.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who can create the materials that make product understanding and adoption possible. You will build presentations, training materials, marketing materials, customer‑facing documentation, FAQs, release notes, product guides, demos, and enablement content. You should be able to explain what changed, why it matters, how it works, who it impacts, and what retailers, brands, suppliers, and internal teams need to do next.

This person will also be a key platform support and enablement partner. You do not need to be an engineer, but you must be technical enough to answer platform questions, explain product behavior, understand release impacts, and support both technical and non‑technical audiences. You will work across global teams and support both internal and client‑facing communication, training, rollout readiness, and adoption.

Why This Role Matters Retail media is becoming more global, more technical, and more connected across onsite, offsite, identity, activation, attribution, and reporting. As the platform evolves, releases are becoming more complex, more cross‑functional, and more important to retailer and brand success.

This role ensures product investment turns into customer value by making sure every major release, experiment, and rollout is clearly explained, properly enabled, globally understood, and set up for adoption — not just shipped.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

- Translate complex retail media platform capabilities — including onsite and offsite media, sponsored ads, campaign workflows, auctions, attribution, reporting, and retailer integrations — into clear, audience‑specific stories.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to understand upcoming releases, clarify platform behavior, document known limitations, and explain client, retailer, supplier, or integration impact.
- Create customer‑facing and internal product content, including presentations, training materials, marketing materials, documentation, FAQs, release notes, product guides, demo materials, and launch collateral.
- Support rollouts, experiments, beta releases, phased launches,

and major platform updates by preparing teams and customers with the right context, materials, and training.
- Answer product and platform questions before and after launch, helping teams understand how capabilities work and when to elevate deeper technical issues.
- Train and enable technical and non‑technical audiences, including Integration, Support, Sales, Account Management, Product Marketing, Product, and client‑facing teams.
- Support client‑facing product education, demos, webinars, rollout communications, beta updates, and adoption conversations with retailers, brands, suppliers, and partners.
- Work with global teams across APJ, EMEA, and the Americas to ensure product communication, training, and rollout support are clear and consistent.
- Gather feedback from internal teams and clients to identify knowledge gaps, adoption friction, documentation needs, and opportunities to improve future releases.

What Success Looks Like

- Retail media platform releases are easier to understand, explain, support, and adopt.
- Internal and client‑facing teams understand the product story, business value, technical behavior, and customer impact before launch.
- Retailers, brands, and suppliers have useful documentation and learning materials that help them activate and use new capabilities.
- Technical and non‑technical audiences feel confident answering product questions.
- Rollouts, experiments, and phased launches are supported with strong communication, training, and feedback loops.
- Product communications explain the value, the use case, and the technical reality — not just the release details.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

- 10+ years in product GTM, product marketing, product enablement, product operations, solutions consulting, technical program management, or a similar cross‑functional role.
- Experience supporting product launches, rollouts, experiments, adoption programs, or enablement for retail media, ad tech, commerce media, B2B SaaS, or complex enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of retail media, digital advertising, or commerce media concepts such as onsite/offsite activation, sponsored ads, campaign management, auctions, attribution, closed‑loop reporting, retailer monetization, or brand/supplier workflows.
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand platform behavior, answer product questions, explain technical concepts, and identify when deeper Product or Engineering support is needed.
- Strong writing, storytelling,

and presentation skills, with the ability to turn complex product capabilities into clear, polished, audience‑specific content.
- Experience creating presentations, training materials, marketing materials, customer‑facing documentation, FAQs, release notes, demos, and product guides.
- Ability to train and support both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience working with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Support, Customer Success, Integration, and client‑facing teams.
- Comfort working across global teams, multiple time zones, and regional stakeholder groups.
- Ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
- Strong bias toward action, clarity, quality, and measurable adoption.

Preferred Experience

- Direct experience in retail media, ad tech, programmatic advertising, commerce media, or digital advertising.
- Experience with retail media platforms, retailer integrations, campaign management tools, ad‑serving platforms, measurement solutions, or reporting products.
- Experience with platform rollouts, beta programs, experiments, phased launches, or feature‑flag‑driven releases.
- Experience supporting client‑facing product education, webinars, demos, rollout communications, or technical Q&A.;
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, SharePoint, Userflow, Storylane, SendGrid, or similar documentation and enablement platforms.
- Experience using AI‑assisted workflows to scale documentation, training, release notes, and marketing materials.
