Join The Business Show Australia - part of one of the world's largest business event series, as a Junior Account Manager. This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided, designed for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and is ready to build a long-term career in events and client management.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing the onboarding process for new exhibitors via phone and video meetings
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Coordinating contracts, documentation, and important deadlines
- Following up on invoices and payments
- Liaising with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Supporting clients during our live business events (occasional travel may be required)

About You

We’re looking for someone with experience in a customer-focused or administrative role, such as:

- Administration or office support
- Customer service
- Reception




- Retail
- Hospitality
- Call centre or client support
- Other client-facing positions

You’ll also have:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- A positive, team-focused approach

No previous account management or events experience is required, we’ll provide full training and ongoing support.
