This is a full-time, on-site role for our client - Wills and Estate Planning Solicitor, based in Sydney, NSW. As part of daily responsibilities, the solicitor will provide expert guidance on wills and estate planning, manage client cases, draft legal documents, and offer tailored advice on related legal matters. The role also involves collaboration with clients to ensure their plans align with their goals and compliance with legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Solid expertise in Wills, Estate Planning, and Trust Law
- Knowledge of Conveyancing and Commercial Real Estate
- Experience in Family Law and Labor and Employment Law
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Law along with current practicing certificate
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Australian legal frameworks and compliance requirements
