Assistant Night Manager – ibis Brisbane Airport

We are currently seeking aFull-Time Assistant Night Manager to support the overnight operations and ensure exceptional guest service and financial accuracy across our properties!

About the Role

Reporting to theNight Manager andFront Office Manager , you will play a key role in:

- Leading and supporting the Night Audit team to ensure accurate daily reconciliations.
- Acting as the overnight contact for escalated guest issues.
- Ensuring guest registration, account accuracy, and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
- Maintaining strict security procedures and responding to emergencies.
- Supporting training and onboarding of new night staff.
- Upholding high standards of guest service, grooming, and presentation.
- Completing audit tasks, distributing reports, and ensuring smooth handovers.

Key Responsibilities

- Authorise minor service recoveries to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Liaise with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate guest history, diary events, and reservation details.




- Ensure compliance with WH&S; policies and emergency procedures.
- Safely handle manual tasks including lifting up to 35kg.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest and staff information.
- Assist in training, mentoring, and team communication.
