Due to recent growth and some exciting jobs in the pipeline West Coast FM Group is looking for experienced tradespeople with good external hardscape skills and experience in commercial construction.
Candidates must hold Australian permanent residency or equivalent work rights.

· Some Concrete Works - Demolition and reinstatement of concrete and aggregates
· Concrete formwork
· Concrete ramps and steps
· Retaining Works - A range of limestone options
· External Demolition - Non-structural, sheds, concrete and more
· General landscape construction
ABOUT YOU
· Minimum 3 years experience in commercial external hardscape/ landscape construction is essential, with a verifiable stable work record and references.
· Adhering to occupational health & safety requirements, completing SWMS, JSEA’s
