About the Role

We are hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist to increase awareness, enquiries, and adoption across our finance platform. You will help reach clients, brokers, referral partners, and lender audiences with clear, practical messaging.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can plan campaigns, write strong content, improve lead funnels, and translate platform features into marketing that feels useful rather than generic.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and execute campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, email, website content, events, and referral channels.

· Create clear content for clients, brokers, lenders, accountants, property professionals, and referral partners.

· Support product marketing for digital application flows, broker tools, lender matching, document workflows, and internal platform capabilities.

· Improve lead generation funnels, landing pages, enquiry forms, nurture sequences, and campaign conversion rates.

· Track campaign performance, lead quality, cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on marketing spend.

· Coordinate with business development on partner campaigns, webinars, events, and sales enablement material.

· Assist with Mandarin-language campaigns, partner material, and community-specific messaging where relevant.

About You





· Experience in marketing, growth, digital campaigns, communications, or content marketing.

· Strong writing skills and the ability to explain finance products, technology workflows, and platform benefits simply.

· Comfortable with analytics, CRM or pipeline tools, email platforms, ad managers, and website content management.

· Commercial mindset with a bias toward measurable lead generation and conversion improvement.

· Able to create content independently while working closely with leadership, sales, brokers, and product teams.

· English fluency required; Mandarin capability is highly regarded.

· Experience in finance, fintech, lending, mortgage broking, property, B2B services, or professional services is an advantage.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
