Melbourne Home Assist is currently seeking reliable Owner Driver Subcontractors with either a 6 Pallet Tautliner or 10–14 Pallet Tautliner (tail lift preferred but not essential) for ad hoc freight work across Brisbane.
We are expanding our subcontractor network in preparation for a major contract expected to commence in September. Until then, successful applicants will be offered ad hoc work as it becomes available.
This is a great opportunity to establish a working relationship now and be first in line for ongoing work once permanent runs commence.About the Role

Vehicle Requirements
Applicants must own one of the following:
- 6 Pallet Tautliner (with or without tail lift)
- 10–14 Pallet Tautliner (tail lift preferred)
Requirements
- Current ABN
- Own suitable truck
- Appropriate Australian Driver Licence
- Commercial vehicle insurance
- Certificate of Currency
- Reliable, well-maintained vehicle
- Smartphone
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work safely and independently
- Good knowledge of the Brisbane metropolitan area
