Nurse Next Door is a certified Excellent Places to Work . We are looking to build our care team with a variety of experienced Registered and Enrolled Nurses who are able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

About the Role
Making Lives Better® and Happier Ageing® is at the heart of what we do -- enabling members of our ageing and disabled community to live a fulfilling life at home as long as possible, doing what they love to do.
We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our client's needs.
Responsibilities

- Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised




- Deliver care following the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
- Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly .
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Conduct Nursing Assessments

Skills & Experience

- Community nursing would be an advantage
- Subacute and disability experience .
- Ability to identify and report client care concerns to the Director of Clinical Operations.
- Ability to redirect or deescalate behaviours
- Diabetes management
- Dementia experience would be an advantage
- Leadership experience is an advantage

Mandatory Requirements

- Passionate about making a difference.

- Coachable
- AHPRA Registration
- Registered or Enrolled Nurse
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- Car & Valid Drivers License
- National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector)
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Approval
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion

Work Days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
