Successful applicants will be placed at either our Rhodes or Burwood location based on availability and candidate preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email enquiries promptly.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments.
- Process patient registrations and maintain accurate records.
- Perform data entry and general administrative duties.
- Assist with reports and documentation as required.
- Liaise with doctors, nurses and the wider healthcare team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every patient interaction.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with clinic policies and procedures.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A friendly, positive and qualified attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
- Previous reception, administration or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in a medical or healthcare setting is advantageous but not required.
