Finacial Advice Graduate Position

As a new graduate you will start in our Client Service Team. You will be part of the team that is responsible for providing a broad range of support to the Advice team, in the provision of high-quality ongoing services to existing and prospective clients. This is the stepping stone to undertaking your progessional year, and becoming and adviser with us.

Key Responsibilities

- Provision of exemplary client service, meeting and greeting clients, managing inquiries and requests.

- Developing a deep knowledge of and solid working relationship with the team to assist with obtaining information, completion of tasks and processes, and reporting, within agreed time frames

- Maintaining systems (including the Client Relationship Management System), processes, and tools,



ensuring data integrity

- Assist in administrative functions for the team.
