We are currently seeking an experienced Dental Assistant/ Receptionist to join our team on a long term and secure basis. Multiple positions.

St Kilda and Corio(Geelong) location.

Job responsibilities include (but not limited to ):

DENTAL ASSISTANT

Skills required are as follows:

- Excellent chair side assisting skills and infection control
- Sterilization duties
- General housekeeping
- Dental assisting experience required/mandatory
- Knowledge of D4W looked upon favorably
- Team player and reliable
- Flexibility of days

2-3 days p/week with possibility of full time in near future.

DENTAL RECEPTIONIST

- Answering phones and managing patient bookings
- Taking payments including EFTPOS,HICAPS and Medicare Claims
- Liaising with dental laboratories
- Discussing treatment planning with patients and doing quotations
- Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area
- Dental reception experience preferred
- Knowledge of D4W dental software looked upon favorably




- General admin duties
- Liaising with the practice manager in organizing staff roster, invoicing and eventually micro managing the daily operations of the clinic

Key attributes for the positions are:

1. Excellent communication skills and telephone manners
2. Experience is dental industry essential
3. Team player, reliable & flexible.
4. View to permanency in future.

5. Knowledge of D4W would be a plus

6. Understanding of the working of health insurances in the dental industry.

Attractive remuneration will be offered to the right candidate based of experience and suitability for the role.

Pay: $30.00 – $36.00 per hour
