Our senior sales agents are seeking an assistant to assist in growing his business portfolio. The position will see you working in a busy real estate offices Thomastown and Craigieburn, prospecting new sales listings, maintaining an updated database as well as taking and making calls to current and potential clients. You need to able to show initiative and possess excellent time management and communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

-Door knocking
-Outbound calls to potential vendors & purchasers
-Convert cold calls to warm leads & then listings
-Listing coordination
-Transaction coordination
-Work closely with Sales Team & Director
-Maintain a thorough information database
-Assist in marketing plans & execution (includes social media)





The successful candidate will have:

Excellent personal presentation
Robust communication skills
Strong admin skills
Be highly organised
Thrive in a high paced environment
A current Agents Representatives Certificate
Drivers licence with a reliable car
Door knocking or cold calling experience (preferred but not essential)
Gender, age, or nationality is of no concern.

The work is located in Thomastown or Craigieburn and you will need to live reasonably local. The package will involve a modest base balanced with incentives from sales results and achieved targets.
