About the Role

As part of the EHS team, you'll play an important role in helping create cleaner, healthier and better cared for homes, workplaces and properties while delivering the professional service our customers know and trust.

No two days are exactly the same.

Working alongside experienced team members, you'll be supported through structured systems, ongoing training and clear expectations that will help you grow professionally and deliver exceptional results.

You'll begin as a casual employee with a genuine pathway to permanent full-time employment once you've demonstrated reliability, professionalism, enthusiasm and consistent performance.

Our team meets each morning at our Carrum Downs office before travelling to scheduled jobs throughout the day.

What You'll Receive

- $27–$34 per hour (depending on experience)
- Approximately 38–40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday (8:30 am – 5:30 pm)
- Casual employment with a genuine pathway to full-time
- Paid travel between jobs
- Kilometre reimbursement when using your own vehicle
- Skilled uniforms, equipment and products supplied
- Ongoing training, coaching and support

Experience Isn't Everything

Previous cleaning experience is certainly an advantage, but it isn't essential.





Experience in the following industries is also highly regarded:

- Hospitality
- Housekeeping
- Aged Care
- Disability Support
- Childcare
- Retail
- Customer Service

We believe attitude, reliability and work ethic are far more important than previous experience.

Essential Requirements

- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Reliable transport preferred, but not essential
- Available Monday to Friday
- Able to meet at our Carrum Downs office each morning
- Current Australian working rights
- Willing to obtain a National Police Check (at your own expense)
