The role
- Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for:
- Managing daily pub operations and acting as Duty Manager
- Leading, supporting, and supervising staff during service
- Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing and gaming requirements
- Delivering high‑quality customer service
- Maintaining venue standards, safety, and presentation
- Handling daily operational matters with confidence and professionalism
About you
- Previous experience in a pub or hospitality management role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Hands‑on, calm, and customer‑focused approach
- Ability to work independently and manage a shift end‑to‑end
- Current NSW RSA, RCG & ARCG (essential)
This role requires completion of a National Police Check as part of our Employee Due Diligence process.
