Your Role

Working from our Bellevue workshop, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining and repairing electrical systems across a wide range of heavy vehicles, mining equipment and mining support machinery.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with our Mechanical, Fabrication and Engineering teams to ensure customer equipment is serviced, repaired and maintained to the highest standard.

You’ll regularly work on:

- Caterpillar mining and earthmoving equipment.

- Isuzu service trucks.

- MAN heavy trucks.

- Other heavy vehicles and mining maintenance equipment.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Performing electrical fault finding, repairs and preventative maintenance across a diverse range of heavy vehicles and mining equipment.

- Diagnosing and repairing electrical and electronic systems using modern diagnostic equipment.

- CAN Bus diagnostics and wiring repairs.

- Reading and interpreting electrical schematics.

- Installing,



repairing and maintaining mine-spec accessories including camera systems, lighting, reverse radar, GPS tracking, telematics and communication systems.

- Completing servicing, repairs and electrical upgrades on customer equipment.

- Maintaining accurate job records and a high standard of workmanship.

- Following all company safety procedures and workshop standards.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

- Australian Recognized Auto Electrical Trade Qualification.

- Current C Class Driver’s License (HR License highly regarded).

- Experience working on heavy vehicles, mobile plant or mining equipment.

- Experience with Caterpillar, Isuzu and MAN equipment (highly regarded).

- Robust fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

- Experience with CAN Bus electrical systems.

- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.

- Experience installing and maintaining mine-spec electrical accessories and safety systems.

- Air Conditioning License.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
