Our client is a long established, volume brand, franchised new car dealership located in the northern beaches area of Sydney. They are seeking to appoint a New Car Sales Manager to take charge of this vital area of their business. The dealership offers comfortable facilities, a friendly, happy working atmosphere and the opportunity to earn an excellent income.

Applicants for this position must be or have previously been a new car sales manager, or be a senior assistant manager ready for their next career step. You will have strong management, financial, organisational and motivational skills and be seeking a long term role. You will also have robust selling, closing and people handling skills,



and be able to motivate your team to achieve their highest potential whilst maintaining and improving customer satisfaction.

Salary will consist of a retainer of $95k, super, commission structure and company vehicle, OTE $180,000 – $200,000+.
