🧠What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive business analysis and documentation across the software delivery lifecycle
- Partner with senior stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritise requirements
- Facilitate engaging design and requirements workshops
- Collaborate closely with developers and UX to shape clear user stories
- Write crisp user stories and acceptance criteria that teams love
- Identify and document high-value business priorities and MVP scope
- Translate business problems into practical, scalable solutions
- Continuously improve tools, practices, and delivery quality
- Champion strong security and ISMS-aligned ways of working





✅ What You Bring

Experience

- 5+ years as a Business Analyst in software delivery environments
- 5+ years working in Agile teams
- Proven delivery across full lifecycle enterprise projects
- Experience working with distributed or geographically separated teams
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or similar

Skills

- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Sharp requirements gathering and documentation capability
- Ability to write clear, concise, high-quality user stories
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence

Highly Regarded

- Financial services experience (registry/trading a strong plus)
- Experience with BDD / Cucumber (specification by example)
