Vitium Cura Pty Ltd is urgently seeking a Female Disability Support Worker, with a preference for a Filipino support worker, to join our growing team and support participants across the Gold Coast region.

We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and person-centred support workers who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of people living with disability.

About the Role

The successful applicant will provide support with:

- Personal Care (if required)
- Assistance with Daily Living Activities
- Community Access and Social Participation
- Emotional Support and Companionship
- Promoting independence while respecting participant choice and dignity
- Completing progress notes and documentation
- Following participant support plans and organisational policies

We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:

- Female
- Preferably Filipino (to support participants' communication and cultural preferences)
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful
- Reliable, punctual, and professional




- Versatile and available for casual shifts
- Confident working independently and within a team
- Experienced in disability support (mental health and complex support experience is highly regarded)

Essential Requirements

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working with Children Check (if applicable)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- National Police Check
- Current Driver Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Right to work in Australia
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
