We’re seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with 5+ years’ experience to join either our Sunshine Coast or Brisbane Office in a full time role. Working alongside a team of talented engineers and designers, you’ll contribute to a diverse and active project pipeline.

Success in this position means the ability to provide leadership in the delivery of engineering solutions, manage large-scale projects, and foster team development while maintain high technical standards.

Duties will include:

Oversee and review design documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and quality expectations

Utilise CAD and 12D software to develop and refine technical solutions.



Prepare and review construction methods to ensure design compliance (QA & ITP)

Lead and manage multiple complex engineering projects from concept to completion

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary consultants

Manage time effectively to handle multiple projects and deadlines

Contribute to continuous improvement of design practices and project outcomes

Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil design and drafting, ideally within a consultancy environment. More experienced persons may be considered for senior roles and are encouraged to apply

Charted / RPEQ desired

Construction White Card

Proficiency in 12D (including Network Editor), AutoCAD

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-focused environment

Effective communication skills and a professional approach

A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous learning
