This opportunity suits a recruiter already working within an agency who understands the expectations of a 360° desk and is looking to step into a team-oriented, high-performing environment with strong industry credibility.

About You
You are commercially minded, relationship-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Ideally you will bring:
- Previous agency recruitment experience with proven success in exceeding targets
- Exposure to permanent recruitment within hospitality with hands-on experience in the industry highly regarded.
- Confidence managing current and new client relationships and negotiating outcomes.
- Strong sourcing capability across active and passive talent pools.
- High attention to detail with systems, pipelines, and deliverables.
- A proactive, self-driven approach to business development.
The Role
You will manage a full 360° permanent recruitment desk, including:
- Building and maintaining long-term client partnerships.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes from brief to placement.
- Writing and managing job advertisements.
- Conducting candidate interviews and registrations.
- Proactive talent mapping and industry networking.
- Maintaining accurate CRM activity and pipeline management.
- Collaborating with interstate teams across permanent, temp and private client divisions.
You'll step into a business with an established brand, existing client relationships, and ongoing marketing support to help drive performance.
