About Us

Grasshopper Soccer is Australia's leading non-competitive soccer program for children aged 2–12 years.

Our programs focus on building confidence, developing fundamental soccer skills and ensuring every child has fun in a positive, encouraging environment.

Hours

Approximately 6–10 hours per week initially.

Most work is on Saturday and/or Sunday mornings, with additional weekday and school holiday work available depending on your availability.

As our business continues to grow, additional hours are regularly available for team members who are interested.

Your Responsibilities

As a Soccer Centre Manager,



you'll be responsible for ensuring our weekly soccer sessions run smoothly while delivering an outstanding experience for children and parents.

Your duties may include:

- Managing the day-to-day operation of a soccer centre
- Welcoming families and assisting with enquiries
- Taking attendance and checking registrations
- Supporting and supervising coaches during sessions
- Selling uniforms and merchandise
- Ensuring sessions start and finish on time
- Creating a positive experience for children and parents
- Assisting with customer service, administration and re-enrolments
- Contacting new enquiries and providing information about our programs
- Helping distribute promotional material to local schools and childcare centres
- Supporting marketing activities during the term

As you gain experience, there will be opportunities to manage multiple centres and take on greater responsibility.

Essential Requirements

- Available regularly on Saturday and/or Sunday mornings




- Current Driver Licence
- Own reliable vehicle
- Eligible to obtain (or already hold) a NSW Working With Children Check
- Able to travel to our centres within the local area

Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, education, childcare, coaching or management experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Additional positions become available throughout Western Sydney during the year.

Pay

$25–$30 per hour (depending on experience)

Paid training provided.
