Sales Receptionist

CleanTech Pools is a well-established swimming pool maintenance and construction company servicing Sydney. We specialise in pool maintenance, renovations, and new pool construction, delivering high-quality service and long-term client relationships across both residential and commercial sectors.

We are seeking a motivated and confident Sales Receptionist / Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team full time from our Hunters Hill office.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, sales, relationship-building, and being part of a collaborative team environment.

About the Role

This position focuses on managing and converting both inbound and outbound sales opportunities across our pool maintenance and construction divisions.

You will work closely with our existing receptionist, who manages operational scheduling and administration, as well as our General Manager, who oversees business performance and growth.

A key part of the role is ensuring qualified leads are effectively handed over to the operations team for scheduling and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Sales & Enquiries

- Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and website enquiries
- Responding to customer enquiries professionally and promptly
- Identifying opportunities for pool maintenance, renovations, and new pool construction
- Qualifying leads and coordinating next steps with the operations team
- Maintaining accurate customer records and follow-up communication

Outbound Business Development

Actively generating new business opportunities by building relationships with:

- Real estate agencies
- Strata management companies




- Property managers
- Spa and wellness centres
- Pool builders requiring reliable maintenance partners

For construction-related opportunities, outreach will also include:

- Architects
- Landscapers
- Exterior designers
- Industry consultants and related construction professionals

Collaboration & Teamwork

- Working closely with the existing receptionist to ensure smooth handover of converted leads for scheduling and operations
- Supporting communication between clients, management, and field staff
- Contributing to the continued growth and professionalism of the business

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in sales, reception, customer service, or business development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence speaking with clients over phone and email
- Organised and proactive approach to work
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively within a team
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Experience in the pool, construction, property, or trades industry is highly regarded but not essential

Pay: $75,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year
