Positions available
Full time Chef De Partie and Senior Chef positions
Annual salary+ superannuation + tips
4 weeks paid annual leave
4 day work week, 3 days off every week
Staff meals provided each day
What we are looking for:
At least 2 years experience working within a fine dining or high end restaurant
Minimum Diploma Qualification
Well-presented and professional with an exceptional work ethic and attitude
Passionate about learning and developing your skills
Able to maintain high quality standards, run your own section and multi-task in a busy,
open kitchen
High level of attention to detail, punctual and reliable
Food safety and inventory management
All chefs are required to:
Learn how to work all sections of the kitchen and follow directions
Come to work with a positive attitude and drive to succeed every day
Provide consistent, exceptional quality work every day
Be fluent in English and have full Australian working rights
Be available to work nights and weekends
