Youcentric Care Group is a mobile occupational therapy service supporting NDIS participants, aged care clients and privately funded clients across Greater Sydney. We are looking for an Allied Health Assistant to support our occupational therapists to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care in clients’ homes and the community.

Working under the supervision and delegation of AHPRA‑registered occupational therapists, you will help implement therapy programs, monitor client progress and complete non‑clinical tasks that keep services running smoothly. Typical duties include assisting with daily living and community access programs, preparing and setting up equipment, supporting telehealth and in‑home sessions, documenting outcomes and liaising with families, support coordinators and other providers as directed.

This role suits someone who is organised, compassionate and comfortable working in clients’ homes across Western Sydney and surrounding areas. You will need solid communication skills, basic computer skills for report writing and scheduling,



and a commitment to maintaining infection control, privacy and NDIS quality and safeguards.

Preferred qualifications and requirements:

- Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance, Disability, Individual Support or
- Experience supporting people with disability, mental health conditions or aged‑care needs (paid or unpaid).
- Current driver’s licence and reliable car for community visits.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check and police check (or willingness to obtain).
- Comfortable working under supervision and following OT treatment plans and documentation requirements.

Pay: $49,900.00 – $78,974.61 per year
