About the Role
As an Employment Support Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disability to build the skills, confidence and capacity required to secure sustainable employment.
Working within the Intensive Services Stream, you will provide ongoing case management, career planning and employment readiness support. You will work closely with clients to identify goals, address barriers to employment and develop tailored action plans that support their journey into the workforce.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Case Management
· Conduct initial client appointments, including assessments, goal setting and career planning.
· Develop and maintain individual Career Action Plans tailored to client goals and support needs.
· Guide clients through onboarding processes, including system access, accessibility requirements and documentation completion.
· Provide ongoing case management and regular progress reviews.
· Identify and address barriers to employment through appropriate interventions and referrals.
Employment Preparation & Capacity Building
· Facilitate employment readiness workshops covering resume writing, interview preparation and job search techniques.
· Deliver person-centred support that builds confidence, motivation and independence.
· Assist clients in developing job search skills and understanding workplace expectations.
· Encourage participation in activities that improve employability and support career progression.
· Refer clients to internal and external support services where appropriate.
Program Delivery & Client Outcomes
· Plan, coordinate and monitor client activities aligned with career goals.
· Track attendance, participation and engagement, following up where required to support re-engagement.
· Monitor progress toward employment outcomes and adjust support strategies as needed.
· Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure positive client outcomes.
· Support clients through their employment journey, ensuring they are job-ready and prepared for sustainable employment.
Administration & Compliance
· Maintain accurate and timely records across internal systems and databases.
· Manage progress fee and milestone requirements, ensuring supporting documentation is completed and submitted on time.
· Update job plans and client records in line with contractual and organisational requirements.
· Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures and service delivery standards.
· Achieve agreed performance and service delivery targets.
Workplace Health & Safety
· Promote a safe and inclusive environment for clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
· Identify and report hazards, incidents and risks in accordance with organisational requirements.
· Participate in workplace health and safety activities and emergency procedures.

Essential Requirements
· Current Driver Licence.
· National Police Check.
· Relevant qualification or willingness to obtain one if required.
