Interior Secrets is an established Australian furniture brand, operating nationally online since 2009.

Following the opening of our new Brisbane showroom in Fortitude Valley, we’re looking for a reliable Part-Time Showroom Sales Consultant to join our growing Queensland team.

This is a customer-facing sales role for people who enjoy interiors, furniture and helping customers make the right purchase.

The Role

As a Showroom Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for delivering a outstanding customer experience from the moment someone walks through the door.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming and engaging customers in a friendly, confident manner
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products
- Converting showroom enquiries into sales
- Following up customer enquiries and opportunities
- Assisting with orders, product information and general sales support
- Maintaining a high standard of showroom presentation
- Learning our product range, systems and sales processes
- Working with the wider team to keep the showroom running smoothly

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Confident speaking with customers and comfortable selling
- Reliable, punctual and consistent
- Proactive and willing to take ownership rather than wait to be directed
- Well presented with strong communication skills
- Organised and comfortable using basic computer systems
- Able to work independently when required
- Interested in furniture,



interiors or design
- Experienced in retail, interiors or customer service is preferred, but not essential for the right person

Availability

We are currently looking for part-time or casual team members who can provide a mix of weekday and weekend coverage.
