Centre Manager / Nominated Supervisor

We are a well-established Early Learning Centre in Oak Park, currently seeking an experienced Centre Manager / Nominated Supervisor to lead our team and continue building a strong, high-quality service for our local community.

This role suits someone who is confident managing a service end-to-end, passionate about team development, and capable of driving occupancy and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service
- Lead, support and develop a team of educators
- Drive occupancy through local marketing and community engagement
- Manage rostering, wages and overall financial performance
- Maintain compliance with EYLF, NQS and all regulatory requirements
- Ensure a safe, positive and inclusive environment for children, families and staff
- Recruit, onboard and mentor new team members

About You

- Previous experience as a Centre Manager / Nominated Supervisor




- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education
- Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS and Assessment & Rating
- Proven ability to manage occupancy and team performance
- Solid leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality education and care
- Current WWCC, First Aid and Child Protection
