Be part of our Housekeeping team. We are looking to recruit for a Housekeeper and Public Area attendants. This is a customer service-based role that sees you working to keep all our Guest Rooms and Public areas in order.

You will make your impact by ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and guest services by:

- Responding promptly to requests from guests
- Performing a variety of tasks to ensure guest rooms are up to highest standard
- Rooms and Public areas are cleaned to perfection
- Report Maintenance requirements
- Following direction from Manager / supervisor
- Safety policies and procedures are followed

About you

This role is perfectly suited to an enthusiastic and professional team player who knows how to deliver great service and exceeds guest expectations.



Ideally your previous role within house keeping will enable you to ensure the following:

- Provide a consistent high level of service to guests
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Outstanding attention to detail
- A professional and positive attitude with the ability to represent the company
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work in a 7 day rotating roster including Weekends, Public Holidays and School Holidays

Job Type: Casual

Pay: Up to $31.23 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
