About Us

Our client is a well-established multinational technology and industrial solutions organization and they are seeking a Japanese Speaking Assistant Sales Manager - IT Solutions. The company works closely with major enterprises to deliver cutting-edge digital and green transformation initiatives across Australia and internationally.

This role is responsible for driving the growth of digital solutions within the Australian market, with an initial focus on the resources sector while also supporting the introduction and expansion of sustainability-focused and digital transformation solutions across a range of industries. The position offers a combination of account management, business development, and stakeholder engagement responsibilities.

Responsibilities

- Develop and grow relationships with existing enterprise customers.
- Identify opportunities to expand the adoption of digital and technology solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities across target industries.




- Introduce and promote sustainability and transformation-focused solutions.
- Collaborate with local and international stakeholders to develop customer solutions.
- Support cross-functional initiatives involving multiple business units and partner organizations.
Develop market-specific use cases and value propositions based on customer needs and industry trends.

Your Profile

- Minimum 3-4 years of sales, account management, or customer-facing experience.
- At least 1-2 years of experience within IT, technology, software, digital solutions, or related industries.
- Experience working within both Australian and Japanese business environments.
- Understanding of Japanese business culture and decision-making processes.
- Experience engaging multiple stakeholders across complex projects.
- Ability to communicate technical or digital solutions to customers.
- Business-level English communication skills.
Valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel
