Who we are:
Community Based Rehab Team (CBRT) is a local private practice and community-based health service in Alice Springs, established in 2020. Our approach is inspired by the World Health Organization’s CBR framework, which enhances the quality of life for people with disabilities and their families and ensures full participation in the community. At CBR, we take a ‘big picture’ approach to healthcare, advocating for the health needs of community members while delivering exceptional services.

Who we’re looking for:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our vibrant, professional team. This role offers a rewarding mix of private practice and community-based work, including service delivery to remote Aboriginal communities. Training is provided, and you’ll thrive if you enjoy working both independently and collaboratively.

Your role will involve:

- Providing high-quality, evidence-based OT services to help clients achieve their goals.

- Writing clear and compelling reports to advocate for client outcomes.

- Flexibility in work arrangements: casual, part-time, or full-time.

- Remote outreach opportunities if desired.
