We're looking for casual Baristas who want to be there in support of our opening weeks and beyond. Whether you're most at home behind the espresso machine or out on the floor making guests feel genuinely welcome, you'll be part of a tight-knit team delivering the care, craft, and warmth that define everything we do.

What the roles involve

- Preparing and serving exceptional coffee
- Managing POS, plating,



and guest experience
- Maintaining flow, organisation, and attention to detail during service
- Supporting your teammates and ensuring every guest feels welcome

We’re looking for people who:

- 2 years' specialty coffee experience
- Calm, communicative, and genuinely warm with guests
- Flexible with shifts, proactive by nature, and a robust team player
- Full working rights in Australia
