What role will you play?

As Product Owner you will set the direction and lead the design, development and delivery of digital solutions across our public investments platform. You will work closely with investment teams to enhance and grow the quantitative platforms for the Fixed Income and Equity businesses, as well as support the adjacent middle office processes.

You will also work with technology partners and senior leaders to understand strategic goals, re-architect platforms, prioritise opportunities and translate them into scalable, secure and well-integrated digital tools. You will also lead and develop high performing teams, promote modern ways of working, and ensure digital products deliver clear value for the business and our stakeholders.

What you offer

- 15+ years’ of experience in product management or technology leadership, including experience in public markets, investment management or financial services
- Demonstrated experience leading a data and AI-first approach, with hands-on application of AI,



automation and agentic workflows to enhance, accelerate and transform investment and operational processes
- Deep understanding of public markets investment workflows and the role of digital technologies in driving investment performance and business outcomes. Experience with platforms such as BlackRock Aladdin, Charles River IMS, Bloomberg AIM, or similar investment management systems is highly desirable
- Proven success in defining and delivering digital product strategies and solutions within complex, data-driven organisations, with a proven ability to translate business objectives into scalable technology outcomes.
