The role itself?
This is an opportunity to work from a home office and work closely with the stores and end users across New South Wales. As a key member of the sales team, you will lead sales in key hay and fodder areas like Darling Downs, Emerald, Rockhampton and the grain belt. Your day to day activities and responsibilities will include:
- Effectively manage all communications with customers
- Provide technical support and guidance on existing and new products
- Meeting sales budgets and monitoring profit margins developed in conjunction with management
- Maintaining and developing relationships with key suppliers
- Planning & co-ordinating In-store displays & promotions
- Resolving customer complaints regarding sales and service
- Maintaining a high standard of customer relations
What kind of person will fit the role?
It is important that you have previous experience with packaging products in Australia or New Zealand. We are going to employ a person that has a proven ability to establish, maintain and develop relationships that will lead to high levels of customer support and the on-going improvement of the business.
