The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Assistant to join the Toxic Torts team in our Brisbane office, supporting Mark Victorson. As a Legal Assistant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Answering phone calls and assisting with client enquiries;

Opening and closing files;

Preparing legal documents;

Diary management;

Dictaphone typing;

Billing;

Mail merging documents and formatting;

File management; and

Data entry.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant in a litigation practice. You will have excellent communication and diary management skills, with a client service focus, the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative,
