If you have kept your distance from peptide and hormone telehealth, read this first
Parts of this sector have earned a poor reputation, and the regulator has noticed. Regeniq is a compliance-first Australian men's telehealth clinic in regenerative and metabolic health, built to do this medicine the way it should be done. If you are passionate about these areas of health but compliance exposure is the reason you have avoided a role in this space, we want to talk with you
Why this role is different
Most clinics in this space lead with growth. We lead with governance, and ours is written down. Our policy and procedure manual covers clinical governance, incident management, emergency response and clinical escalation pathways, prescribing and electronic prescribing, documentation standards, privacy, and security. You are not inheriting a blank page, and you are not doing it alone.
The role
We are engaging an endorsed Nurse Practitioner on a contract basis to take full clinical ownership of patients across our protocols.
You will:
- Conduct telehealth consultations with patients, most commonly men aged 25 to 45
- Take history, assess presenting concerns, and determine clinical eligibility
- Order and interpret baseline pathology
- Make independent prescribing decisions within your scope of practice
- Own ongoing clinical management, review, and monitoring
- Willingness to prescribe compounded medicines where clinically appropriate, and to decline where it is not
Initial consultations with bloodwork review are allocated up to 30 minutes. Medication reviews 10 minutes, and 15 minutes for current treatment discussion.
You are able to set your own hours and work on whichever day suits your calendar, patients will only be able to book the hours you set. No lock-ins.
Our patients are predominately men aged 25 to 55+, across regenerative,
metabolic and hormonal health, with a focus on compounded peptide and hormone therapy.
What this role is not
This is not a rubber-stamp prescribing role. You conduct your own assessment, you form your own clinical view, and you decline where declining is appropriate. Nobody at Regeniq will ever ask you to prescribe against your judgement, and volume targets are not tied to prescribing outcomes.
If you are looking for high-throughput approval work, this is the wrong clinic.
What you need
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with Nurse Practitioner endorsement
- Unrestricted general registration, with no conditions, undertakings, or reprimands
- Your own ABN and professional indemnity insurance appropriate to independent telehealth practice
- Medicare prescriber number and HPI-I
- Confidence prescribing independently in a men's health, metabolic, or general primary care context
- Confidence in prescribing compounded medications such as peptides
- Comfort with electronic prescribing and cloud practice management software
Nice to have
- Experience prescribing testosterone replacement therapy, or a genuine interest in developing it
- Genuinely passionate about peptide therapy and alternative healthcare pathways
