Truck, Van & Ute Parts Sales Representative

As a Truck, Van & Ute Parts Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with parts enquiries, quotations, and sales over the phone. You will identify the correct parts, check stock availability across our branches and supplier network, source parts when required, and follow up with customers to confirm pricing, availability, and orders.

This role is primarily phone-based and requires excellent customer service, solid communication skills, and a good understanding of vehicle parts and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Answering inbound customer calls and responding to parts enquiries.
- Identifying and supplying the correct parts for trucks, vans, and utes.
- Preparing and following up quotations.
- Checking stock availability across our branch network.
- Sourcing parts from suppliers when required.
- Contacting customers to confirm pricing, availability, and order details.
- Processing sales orders and coordinating dispatch.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.




- Providing exceptional customer service and technical support.
- Maintaining accurate sales and customer records.

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in automotive, truck, van, ute, heavy vehicle, or machinery parts sales.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and components.
- Excellent phone manner and customer service skills.
- Confidence in handling customer enquiries and sales over the phone.
- Good computer skills and experience using inventory or sales systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

With branches across Australia, we operate from Chipping Norton (Sydney, NSW), Albury (NSW), Rocklea (Brisbane, QLD), and Grass Valley (Perth Region, WA).

Pay: $55,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
