Redcape Hospitality is looking for a full time Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Gladstone Hotel in Dulwich Hill.

Whether you’re an experienced Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef ready for more responsibility, you’ll join a close-knit kitchen team that values consistent food, reliable people and everyone pulling together when service builds.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare and cook quality meals to venue standards
- Take ownership of your section during lunch and dinner service
- Maintain consistency, quality and presentation across every dish
- Support and guide junior kitchen team members
- Assist with food preparation, stock rotation and kitchen organisation
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards

What We’re Looking For

- Experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef or similar
- Experience in a busy pub, bistro or high-volume commercial kitchen
- Confidence working across multiple sections during service
- Strong food safety and kitchen hygiene knowledge




- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery preferred
- A reliable, team-focused approach and availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
