Store Manager – Chadstone, Melbourne (Full-Time, Permanent)

Location: Chadstone, Melbourne
Hours: 38 hours/week, Tuesday to Saturday
Start Date: Immediate

We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our team in Chadstone. This is a full-time, permanent position where you’ll play a key role in driving sales, motivating the team, and delivering top-tier customer service.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and support the retail team with a hands-on, customer-focused approach

- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure brand standards are met

- Manage store sales and KPIs

- Work with the Regional Manager to boost sales and meet targets

- Handle recruitment, team training, performance management, and compliance

- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards

- Manage stock, admin tasks, and ensure a safe, healthy work environment

What We’re Looking For

- At least 2 years' experience as a Store Manager (high-end retail preferred)





- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills

- Results-driven, with a focus on customer service

- Confident communicator with great people skills

- Organised, reliable, and a problem-solver

- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and POS systems

- Fluent in English

- Passionate about our brand and products

The position is paid hourly in accordance with the GRIA Level 6. The advertised salary is the approximate annual equivalent.
